How do we ensure the quality and lifespan of the products we deliver:
1. From the control of raw materials, the selection of bar materials produced by well-known domestic large steel mills such as Yongxing and Qingshan requires the provision of raw material certificates.
2. Conduct inspections on every stage of raw materials, rolling, and finished products, including size measurement, electron microscopy, and non-destructive testing, as well as the various requirements we have put forward for the production process.
3. The surface is smooth, without scratches, cracks, or stains, with high dimensional precision, ensuring that it is within the standard tolerance range and there will be no leakage after connection.
4. Control the ellipticity and concentricity well, and ensure that the hardness meets the requirements for instrument and hydraulic system casing.
5.Our production requirements not only meet but also exceed customer requirements.
